3. Statement by the President
The President made a statement on the occasion of the European Day for the Victims of Terrorism, paying tribute to the victims of terrorism, the most recent being Isaías Carrasco, a former Socialist councillor in the Basque Country. The President again condemned acts of terrorism and expressed Parliament's solidarity with the families of the victims.
Parliament observed a minute's silence in memory of the victims of terrorism.
