The next item was the order of business.

The final draft agenda of the June I plenary sittings (PE 407.428/PDOJ) had been distributed. The following amendment had been proposed (Rule 132):

With the agreement of all the political groups, to ensure that the Commissioner responsible was present, the debates on the Aubert report (item 15 of the final draft agenda) and the Freitas report (item 16 of the final draft agenda) were placed after the joint debate on competition and retail financial services (items 10 and 11 of the final draft agenda).

Thursday
