12. Order of business

The next item was the order of business.

The final draft agenda for the December II 2008 sittings (PE 416.252/PDOJ) had been distributed and a number of changes had been proposed (Rule 132):

No changes.

Thursday

Request by the JURI Committee pursuant to Rule 131 to add to Thursday's voting time the report by Georgios Papastamkos on the conclusion by the European Community of the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and its Protocol on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, adopted jointly in Cape Town on 16 November 2001.

Parliament agreed to the request.

The order of business was thus established.
