5. Corrections to votes and voting intentions

Corrections to votes and voting intentions appear on the 'Séance en direct' website under 'Votes'/'Results of votes'/'Roll-call votes'. They are published in hard copy in the Result of roll-call votes annex.

The electronic version on Europarl will be regularly updated for a maximum of two weeks after the day of the vote concerned.

After the two-week deadline has passed, the list of corrections to votes and voting intentions will be finalised so that it can be translated and published in the Official Journal.

Othmar Karas had made it known that he had not had his voting card with him and had wanted to vote in accordance with the PPE-DE Group voting list.

James Nicholson had made it known that he had been present but had not voted on the following reports: Ona Juknevičienė (A6-0457/2008), József Szájer (A6-0301/2008), Christa Prets (A6-0461/2008), Jamila Madeira A6-0442/2008), Eoin Ryan (A6-0469/2008, A6-0470/2008), Kyösti Virrankoski (A6-0487/2008) and Diana Wallis (A6-0464/2008, A6-0465/2008, A6-0466/2008).

Johan Van Hecke had made it known that his voting card had not worked during the votes on the following reports: Eoin Ryan (A6-0469/2008, A6-0470/2008), Kyösti Virrankoski (A6-0487/2008), Jamila Madeira A6-0442/2008) and Christa Prets (A6-0461/2008).
