7. Signature of acts adopted under codecision

The President announced that, on Wednesday, he and the President of the Council would sign the following acts adopted under the codecision procedure pursuant to Rule 68:

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of consumers in respect of certain aspects of timeshare, long term holiday product, resale and exchange contracts (03701/2008/LEX - C6-0013/2009 - 2007/0113(COD));

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on textile names (recast) (03650/2008/LEX - C6-0012/2009 - 2008/0005(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on type-approval of hydrogen powered motor vehicles, and amending Directive 2007/46/EC (03674/2008/LEX - C6-0010/2009 - 2007/0214(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Code of Conduct for computerised reservation systems and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 2299/89 (03675/2008/LEX - C6-0008/2009 - 2007/0243(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No 562/2006 as regards the use of the Visa Information System (VIS) under the Schengen Borders Code (03676/2008/LEX - C6-0007/2009 - 2008/0041(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the type approval of motor vehicles with regard to the protection of pedestrians and other vulnerable road users, amending Directive 2007/46/EC and repealing Directives 2003/102/EC and 2005/66/EC (03651/2008/LEX - C6-0002/2009 - 2007/0201(COD)).
