László Surján (rapporteur) moved an oral amendment to paragraph 13, which was accepted, and Anne E. Jensen provided a clarification of the substance of that amendment.

Hannes Swoboda, on behalf of the PSE Group, moved an oral amendment (accepted) to the first part of Amendment 16 (rejected) and László Surján spoke on the oral amendment, the conduct of the vote and the original text of paragraph 24 (the President clarified the procedure followed).

László Surján moved an oral amendment to paragraph 31, which was accepted.
