10. Request for the waiver of parliamentary immunity

The Italian legal authorities had sent a request to the European Parliament that the parliamentary immunity of Roberto Fiore be waived in relation to a case before the Tribunale di Vicenza (Vicenza district court), Italy.

Pursuant to Rule 6(2), the request had been referred to the committee responsible, the JURI Committee.
