3. Transfers of appropriations
The Committee on Budgets had considered the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 05/2009 (N6-0012/2009 - C6-0112/2009 - 2009/2031(GBD)).
It had rejected the transfer in its entirety under Article 24(3) of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities.

The Committee on Budgets had considered the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 11/2009 (N6-0014/2009 - C6-0121/2009 - 2009/2035(GBD)).
Having noted the Council's opinion, it had authorised the transfer in its entirety under Article 24(3) of the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities.

16. Request for the waiver of parliamentary immunity
The Austrian authorities had forwarded a request to waive the parliamentary immunity of Karin Resetarits in the context of a case pending before the public prosecutor’s office in Vienna.
Pursuant to Rule 6(2), the request had been referred to the committee responsible, the JURI Committee.
17. Signature of acts adopted under codecision
The President announced that, pursuant to Rule 68, the President of the Parliament and the President of the Council would sign the acts adopted under the codecision procedure between the end of this part-session and the end of the parliamentary term. The titles of these texts would be published on the Séance en direct web page prior to signature and would be published in the minutes of the sitting of 14 July 2009.
