13. Agreement between the EU and the USA on the processing and transfer of Financial Messaging Data (debate)

Recommendation on the proposal for a Council decision on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the United States of America on the processing and transfer of Financial Messaging Data from the European Union to the United States for purposes of the Terrorist Finance Tracking Program [05305/2010 - C7-0004/2010 - 2009/0190(NLE)] - Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs.
