Parliament considered a number of questions to the Council (B7-0006/2010).

Question 1 (Zigmantas Balčytis): Creating an internal energy market.

Diego López Garrido (President-in-Office of the Council) answered the question and supplementaries by Zigmantas Balčytis, Silvia-Adriana Ţicău and Franz Obermayr.

Question 2 (Silvia-Adriana Ţicău): Development approaches, objectives and actions under the EU's 2020 sustainable development strategy.

Diego López Garrido answered the question and a supplementary by Silvia-Adriana Ţicău.

Question 3 (Bernd Posselt): Freedom of religion in China.

Diego López Garrido answered the question and supplementaries by Bernd Posselt, Jim Higgins and Franz Obermayr.

Question 4 was inadmissible.

Question 5 (Ilda Figueiredo): CIA - secret prisons and flights.

Diego López Garrido answered the question and supplementaries by Ilda Figueiredo, Justas Vincas Paleckis and Bogusław Sonik.
