7. Signature of acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure

The President announced that on Wednesday, together with the President of the Council, he would sign the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 74):

- Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1085/2006 establishing an Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) (00012/2010 - C7-0151/2010 - 2009/0163(COD))

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on transportable pressure equipment and repealing Council Directives 76/767/EEC, 84/525/EEC, 84/526/EEC, 84/527/EEC and 1999/36/EC (00014/2010 - C7-0150/2010 - 2009/0131(COD))

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund as regards simplification of certain requirements and as regards certain provisions relating to financial management (00009/2010 - C7-0149/2010 - 2009/0107(COD)).
