COMMISSION PROPOSAL

The following spoke: Antolín Sánchez Presedo (rapporteur) who, under Rule 57(2), made a formal proposal to Parliament as to whether the vote on the draft legislative resolution should proceed, Michel Barnier (Member of the Commission) and José Manuel García-Margallo y Marfil, on behalf of the PPE Group, who requested a roll-call vote for the final vote on the reports A7-0169/2010, A7-0168/2010, A7-0166/2010, A7-0170/2010 and A7-0167/2010.

Parliament decided, by roll-call vote (678 in favour, 4 against, 7 abstentions), to postpone the vote on the draft legislative resolution. The matter was deemed to be referred back to the committee responsible for reconsideration.
