4. Approval of the minutes of the previous sitting

The minutes of the previous sitting were approved.

The following spoke: Bruno Gollnisch on the basis of Articles 172 and 151 of the Rules of Procedure, to deplore the fact that no roll-call vote had taken place on the joint motion for a resolution on the situation of the Roma in Europe (RC-B7-0493/2010) (minutes of 9.9.2010, item 5.2) and to make a personal statement following what had been said by Jean-Pierre Audy and Véronique Mathieu on this matter.
