Martin Schulz spoke on behalf of the S&D Group; he was interrupted by an offensive remark against him that was shouted out by Godfrey Bloom.
Joseph Daul objected to Godfrey Bloom's offensive remarks against Martin Schulz. The President read out Rule 152(1) and asked Godfrey Bloom to apologise to the House. As Godfrey Bloom refused to apologise and went further in his remarks, the President asked him to leave the Chamber in accordance with Rule 152(3), which he did.
