17. Requests for the waiver of parliamentary immunity

The Public prosecutor at the Lyons Court of Appeal had sent the President of Parliament, via the competent French authority, a request to waive the parliamentary immunity of Bruno Gollnisch.

The Central District Court of Pest (Pestì Központi Kerületi Birósag) had sent the President of Parliament a request to waive the parliamentary immunity of Krisztina Morvai.

Pursuant to Rule 6(2), the requests were referred to the committee responsible, the JURI Committee.
