2. Request for the waiver of parliamentary immunity

The Court of First Instance of Piraeus had addressed a request to the President that the parliamentary immunity of Georgios Toussas be waived.

Pursuant to Rule 6(2), the request had been referred to the committee responsible, the JURI Committee.


3. Composition of political groups

Parliament noted the following:

- Jan Zahradil had been elected Chair of the ECR Group on 8 March 2011 to replace Michał Tomasz Kamiński;

- Anna Rosbach had joined the ECR Group as of 8 March 2011.
