7. Establishing European statutes for mutual societies, associations and foundations (written declaration)

Written declaration 0084/2010 submitted by Marc Tarabella, Regina Bastos, Pascal Canfin, Marie-Christine Vergiat, Renate Weber on establishing European statutes for mutual societies, associations and foundations had, by 9 March 2011, been signed by the majority of Parliament's component Members. Consequently, in accordance with Rule 123(3) and (4), it would be forwarded to its addressees and published in the Texts Adopted of that sitting (P7_TA(2011)0101), together with the names of the signatories (see Annex 1).
