Written Declaration 0039/2011, tabled by Véronique Mathieu, Roberta Angelilli, Edite Estrela, Jean Lambert, Katarína Neveďalová in support of an International Day of the Girl, had been signed by a majority of Parliament's component Members and therefore, pursuant to Rule 123(3) and (4), would be forwarded to the addressees and published with the texts adopted at that sitting (P7_TA(2011)0593), with a record in the minutes of the names of the signatories (see Annex 1).

The following spoke: Lothar Bisky, who said that, when Willy Meyer had visited Western Sahara in October, the Moroccan authorities had physically prevented him from leaving his aircraft; he protested against this treatment (the President assured him of Parliament's solidarity).
