Written Declaration 0037/2011, tabled by Spyros Danellis, Maria Da Graça Carvalho, Kyriakos Mavronikolas, Alyn Smith and Giommaria Uggias on the establishment of the Pact of Islands as an official European initiative, had been signed by a majority of Parliament's component Members and therefore, pursuant to Rule 123(3) and (4), would be forwarded to the addressees and published with the texts adopted at that sitting (P7_TA(2012)0016), with a record in the minutes of the names of the signatories (see Annex 2 to the Minutes of 19 January 2012).
