13. Signature of acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure

The President announced that, together with the President of the Council, he had signed the following acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Article 74 of the Rules of Procedure) since the session had been interrupted in July:

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending the Protocol on the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union and Annex I thereto (00028/2012/LEX - C7-0199/2012 - 2011/0901A(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 as regards the application of direct payments to farmers in respect of the year 2013 (00033/2012/LEX - C7-0177/2012 - 2011/0286(COD));

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Decision No 1639/2006/EC establishing a Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (2007-2013) and Regulation (EC) No 680/2007 laying down general rules for the granting of Community financial aid in the field of the trans-European transport and energy networks (00027/2012/LEX - C7-0176/2012 - 2011/0301(COD)).

The President also pointed out that, together with the President of the Council, he would sign the following act adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Article 74 of the Rules of Procedure) during the current part-session:

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/138/EC (Solvency II) as regards the date for its transposition and the date of its application, and the date of repeal of certain Directives (00034/2012/LEX - C7-0284/2012 - 2012/0110(COD)).
