17. Transfers of appropriations

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 11/2012 (N7-0071/2012 - C7-0135/2012 - 2012/2113(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 14/2012 (N7-0073/2012 - C7-0152/2012 - 2012/2122(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 18/2012 (N7-0080/2012 - C7-0172/2012 - 2012/2139(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 19/2012 (N7-0078/2012 - C7-0159/2012 - 2012/2125(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 21/2012 (N7-0079/2012 - C7-0160/2012 - 2012/2126(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

In accordance with Article 22(2) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objections to the draft presented by the European Economic and Social Committee regarding the transfer of appropriations INF 01/2012.

In accordance with Article 22(2) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objections to the draft presented by the Court of Justice regarding the transfer of appropriations 01/2012.

In accordance with Article 22(2) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objections to the draft presented by the Court of Justice regarding the transfer of appropriations 02/2012.

In accordance with Article 22(2) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objections to the draft presented by the Committee of the Regions regarding the transfer of appropriations 01/2012.

In accordance with Article 22(2) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objections to the draft presented by the Committee of the Regions regarding the transfer of appropriations 02/2012.

In accordance with Article 22(2) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objections to the draft presented by the Committee of the Regions regarding the transfer of appropriations 03/2012.

In accordance with Article 22(2) of the Financial Regulation, the European Court of Auditors had informed the Budgetary Authority of the proposed transfer of appropriations V/AB-01/A/12, V/AB-02/C/12 and V/AB-03/A/12.

In accordance with Article 22(2) of the Financial Regulation, the European Data Protection Supervisor had informed the Budgetary Authority of the proposed transfer of appropriations 1/2012 – Section IX – financial year 2012.
