3. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 22 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to object to the Committee of the Regions' proposal concerning transfers of appropriations INT 9/2012 and INT 10/2012.

In accordance with Article 22 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to object to the European Economic and Social Committee's proposal concerning transfer of appropriations INT 3/2012.
