7. Transfers of appropriations

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 40/2012 (N7-0109/2012 - C7-0351/2012 - 2012/2266(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 41/2012 (N7-0110/2012 - C7-0352/2012 - 2012/2267(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 42/2012 (N7-0111/2012 - C7-0353/2012 - 2012/2268(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 43/2012 (N7-0112/2012 - C7-0354/2012 - 2012/2269(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 44/2012 (N7-0113/2012 - C7-0355/2012 - 2012/2270(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 45/2012 (N7-0114/2012 - C7-0356/2012 - 2012/2271(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 46/2012 (N7-0115/2012 - C7-0357/2012 - 2012/2272(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 47/2012 (N7-0130/2012 - C7-0387/2012 - 2012/2311(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 51/2012 (N7-0135/2012 - C7-0398/2012 - 2012/2316(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 53/2012 (N7-0131/2012 - C7-0388/2012 - 2012/2312(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 54/2012 (N7-0132/2012 - C7-0389/2012 - 2012/2313(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

The Committee on Budgets had authorised the Commission's proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 55/2012 (N7-0133/2012 - C7-0390/2012 - 2012/2314(GBD)) in accordance with Article 24(4) of the Financial Regulation as interpreted in point 20 of the joint declaration on transitional measures applicable to the budgetary procedure after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.

In accordance with Articles 22 and 24 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to object to the European External Action Service's proposal concerning transfer of appropriations 4/2012.

In accordance with Articles 22 and 24 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to object to the Court of Justice's proposal concerning transfers of appropriations 6/2012 and 7/2012.
