The next item was the order of business.

The final draft agenda for the February 2013 sittings (PE 504.008/PDOJ) had been distributed and a number of changes had been proposed (Rule 140):

Thursday

Debate on cases of breaches of human rights, democracy and the rule of law (Rule 122):

The President proposed that the title of the debate 'Zimbabwe: detention of human rights activist Okay Machisa' (item 117 on the final draft agenda) be changed to 'Detention of human rights activists in Zimbabwe'.

Parliament agreed to this change.

The order of business was thus established.
