The following had spoken:

Before the vote, Robert Atkins, supported by 40 Members, to ask, pursuant to Rule 175(2) that the AGRI Committee's four proposals for decisions be referred back to the committee responsible, Giles Chichester in support, and Paolo De Castro (Chair of the AGRI Committee) against.

Parliament rejected the request.

Mairead McGuinness, before the vote on Amendment 73, clarifying a point on the voting list, and before the collective vote on Amendments 107-120, to table an oral amendment.

There were no objections to the oral amendment which was thus incorporated.
