Statement by the Vice-President of the Commission and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy: Syria, with specific reference to the humanitarian situation (2013/2571(RSP))

Catherine Ashton (Vice-President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy) made the statement.
