8. Corrigenda (Rule 216)

The ECON Committee had forwarded the following corrigenda to texts adopted by Parliament :

- Corrigendum (P7_TA-PROV(2013)0012(COR01)) to the position of the European Parliament adopted at first reading on 16 January 2013 with a view to the adoption of a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 on credit rating agencies (P7_TA-PROV(2013)0012) (COM(2011)0747 – C7-0420/2011 – 2011/0361(COD));

- Corrigendum (P7_TA-PROV(2013)0013(COR01)) to the position of the European Parliament adopted at first reading on 16 January 2013 with a view to the adoption of Directive 2013/.../EU of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2003/41/EC on the activities and supervision of institutions for occupational retirement provision, Directive 2009/65/EC on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings of collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and Directive 2011/61/EU on Alternative Investment Funds Managers in respect of the excessive reliance on credit ratings (P7_TA-PROV(2013)0013) (COM(2011)0746 – C7-0419/2011 – 2011/0360(COD));

- Corrigendum (P7_TA-PROV(2013)0069(COR01)) to the position of the European Parliament adopted at first reading on 12 March 2013 with a view to the adoption of Regulation (EU) No .../2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the strengthening of economic and budgetary surveillance of Member States in the euro area experiencing or threatened with serious difficulties with respect to their financial stability (P7_TA-PROV(2013)0069) (COM(2011)0819 – C7-0449/2011 – 2011/0385(COD));

- Corrigendum (P7_TA-PROV(2013)0070(COR01)) to the position of the European Parliament adopted at first reading on 12 March 2013 with a view to the adoption of Regulation (EU) No .../2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on common provisions for monitoring and assessing draft budgetary plans and ensuring the correction of excessive deficit of the Member States in the euro area (P7_TA-PROV(2013)0070) (COM(2011)0821 – C7-0448/2011– 2011/0386(COD)).

Pursuant to Rule 216(4) of the Rules of Procedure, these corrigenda would be deemed approved unless, not later than 24 hours after their announcement, a request was made by a political group or at least 40 Members that it be put to the vote.
