The next item was the order of business.

The final draft agenda for the April 2013 sittings (PE 507.910/PDOJ) had been distributed and a number of changes had been proposed (Rule 140):

With the political groups' agreement, the report by Michael Cashman (A7-0110/2013) - Second amendment to the Cotonou Agreement of 23 June 2000 (item 113 of the draft agenda) was taken off the agenda.
