Pervenche Berès informed the House of the interruption of the Trialogue regarding the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the European Social Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1081/2006 (2011/0268(COD) - COM(2011)0607)

José Ignacio Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra proposed removing the debate and vote on Guantanamo (point 234 of the OJ) from the afternoon's agenda; Hannes Swoboda suggested keeping the debate and said that a vote might be held at a later date. Charles Tannock was in favour of the initial proposal of José Ignacio Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra, who agreed with the proposal of Hannes Swoboda.

Parliament approved the proposal.
