13. Transfers of appropriations

Under Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had approved the Commission proposal for a transfer of appropriations DEC 05/2013 (N7-0054/2013 - C7-0099/2013 - 2013/2068(GBD));

Under Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had approved the Commission proposal for a transfer of appropriations DEC 06/2013 (N7-0055/2013 - C7-0100/2013 - 2013/2069(GBD));

Under Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had approved the Commission proposal for a transfer of appropriations DEC 07/2013 (N7-0056/2013 - C7-0101/2013 - 2013/2071(GBD));

Under Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Council had informed the European Parliament that transfers of appropriations DEC 01/2013, DEC 02/2013, DEC 03/2013, DEC 04/2013, DEC 05/2013, DEC 06/2013 and DEC 07/2013 had been approved.

Under Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had considered the European Economic and Social Committee's proposal for a transfer of appropriations INF 1/2013 and had decided it had no objections.

Under Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the European Court of Auditors had informed the budgetary authority of its proposals for transfers of appropriations V/AB-02/T/13, V/AB-03/C/13 and V/AB-04/A/13.

Under Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, la Court of Justice had informed the budgetary authority of its proposal for a transfer of appropriations 1/2013.
