13. Delegated acts and implementing measures (Rules 87a(6) and 88(4)(d))

Pursuant to Rule 87a(6), the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs had informed the President of Parliament that no objections had been raised in respect of:

- a recommendation for a decision of the ENVI Committee to raise no objections to draft Commission implementing regulation (EU) No 142/2011 as regards the transit of certain animal by-products from Bosnia and Herzegovina (2013/2598(RSP)) (B7-0251/2013).

If no objections to this recommendation are raised by a political group or at least 40 Members within 24 hours, it shall be deemed to have been approved. If a political group or at least 40 Members raise objections, it shall be put to the vote.
