22. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation the Ombudsman had informed the Budgetary Authority of proposal for a transfer of appropriations 02/2013.

In accordance with Article 72(5) of the financial regulation applicable to Europol, the Europol Management Board had forwarded to the Budgetary Authority its annual internal audit report for the financial year 2012.

In accordance with Article 40(2) of the financial regulation applicable to Europol, the Europol Management Board had forwarded to the Budgetary Authority its annual activity report for the financial year 2012.

Cedefop had forwarded to the Budgetary Authority its assessment of revenue and expenditure for the financial year 2014 and the multiannual staff policy plan for 2014-2016.
