8. Composition of committees

The President had received the following requests for nominations from the EFD, ECR and S&D Groups:

- CONT Committee: Frank Vanhecke

- EMPL Committee: Ruža Tomašić

- AFET Committee: Tonino Picula

- BUDG Committee: Oleg Valjalo

- ECON Committee: Marino Baldini

- ENVI Committee: Biljana Borzan

- AFCO Committee: Sandra Petrović Jakovina.

The appointments would be deemed ratified if there were no objections before the approval of these minutes.
