In accordance with Rule 140(2), and by agreement with the political groups, the President proposed to delete from Thursday's agenda the debate on the situation of civil society in Egypt (Rule 122) (item 148 on the agenda), following the decision to hold a debate on the same topic that afternoon (minutes of 1.7.2013, item 14).
