11. Signature of acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure (Rule 74)

The President announced that, together with the President of the Council, he had signed four acts adopted under the ordinary legislative procedure since the closure of the previous session in July and that he would sign another such act on Wednesday:

- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning investigations conducted by the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1073/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Regulation (Euratom) No 1074/1999 (00079/2013/LEX - C7-0261/2013 - 2006/0084(COD))

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on attacks against information systems and replacing Council Framework Decision 2005/222/JHA (00038/2012/LEX - C7-0228/2013 - 2010/0273(COD))

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directives 2000/60/EC and 2008/105/EC as regards priority substances in the field of water policy (00021/2013/LEX - C7-0227/2013 - 2011/0429(COD))

- Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/16/EC on port State control (00024/2013/LEX - C7-0226/2013 - 2012/0062(COD))

- Decision of the European Parliament and of the Council providing further macro-financial assistance to Georgia (00038/2013/LEX - C7-0225/2013 - 2010/0390(COD))
