Following the European Parliament's decision of 16 April 2013 to waive the immunity of Jürgen Creutzmann in connection with proceedings brought against him by Frankenthal public prosecutor's office (minutes of 16.4.2013, item 8.5), the competent German authorities had informed Parliament, in accordance with Rule 7(9), that the legal proceedings had been dropped. |
