2. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee of the Regions had informed the budgetary authority of transfers of appropriations INF 4/2013, INF 5/2013, INF 6/2013, INF 7/2013 and INF 8/2013.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Ombudsman had informed the budgetary authority of transfer of appropriations 4/2013.

In accordance with Article 25(3) and Article 27 of the Financial Regulation, the Ombudsman had informed the budgetary authority of transfer of appropriations 5/2013.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the European Court of Auditors had informed the budgetary authority of transfer of appropriations V/AB-07/C/13.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the European External Action Service had informed the budgetary authority of transfer of appropriations 2/2013.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the European Data Protection Controller had informed the budgetary authority of transfer of appropriations 1/2013.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the European Economic and Social Committee had informed the budgetary authority of transfer of appropriations INF 4/2013.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objection to draft transfers of appropriations 1/2013 and 2/2013 submitted by the European External Action Service.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objection to draft transfers of appropriations 4/2013 and 5/2013 submitted by the Ombudsman.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objection to draft transfer of appropriations INF 4/2013 submitted by the European Economic and Social Committee.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objection to draft transfer of appropriations V/AB-07/C/13 submitted by the European Court of Auditors.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objection to draft transfers of appropriations INF 4/2013, INF 5/2013, INF 6/2013, INF 7/2013 and INF 8/2013 submitted by the Committee of the Regions.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had informed the budgetary authority of the approval of transfers of appropriations DEC 26/2013, DEC 27/2013, DEC 30/2013, DEC 33/2013, DEC 34/2013 and DEC 35/2013.

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had approved the Commission's proposals for transfers of appropriations DEC 26/2013 (N7-0082/2013 - C7-0306/2013 - 2013/2226(GBD)), DEC 30/2013 (N7-0085/2013 - C7-0354/2013 - 2013/2261(GBD)) and DEC 35/2013 (N7-0093/2013 - C7-0380/2013 - 2013/2268(GBD)).

In accordance with Article 50(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise objection to the proposal submitted by the European Court of Auditors for the modification of its establishment plan.

In accordance with Article 203(5) and (7) of the Financial Regulation, the European External Action Service had informed the budgetary authority about its new offices in Egypt.
