13. Texts of agreements forwarded by the Council

The Council had forwarded certified true copies of the following:

- Voluntary Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Indonesia on forest law enforcement, governance and trade in timber products into the European Union;

- Revised Memorandum of Understanding with the United States of America regarding the importation of beef from animals not treated with certain growth-promoting hormones and increased duties applied by the United States to certain products of the European Union;

- Protocol between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco;

- Protocol to the Agreement on cooperation and customs union between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of San Marino, of the other part, regarding the Republic of Croatia's participation as a contracting party following its accession to the European Union.
