17. Delegated acts (Rule 87a(6))

The recommendation of the IMCO Committee to raise no objections to the Commission Delegated Regulation of 30 October 2013 on Conditions for making a declaration of performance on construction products available on a website (C(2013)07086 – 2013/2928(DEA)) (B7-0548/2013) had been announced in plenary the previous day (minutes of 9.12.2013, item 8).

No objection to this regulation had been raised within the 24 hour time limit stipulated in Rule 87a.

The recommendation was therefore deemed to be adopted with effect from 10 December 2013, and the decision would be published in the Texts Adopted of the sitting of 11 December 2013.

The recommendation of the INTA Committee to raise no objections to the Commission Delegated Regulation of 30 October 2013 amending Annexes I, II and IV of Regulation (EU) No 978/2012 applying a scheme of generalised tariff preferences (C(2013)07167 – 2013/2929(DEA)) (B7-0547/2013) had been announced in plenary the previous day(minutes of 9.12.2013, item 8).

The Verts/ALE and GUE/NGL Groups had raised an objection to this recommendation within the 24 hour time limit stipulated in Rule 87a.

The recommendation was therefore entered on the voting list for Thursday, 12 December 2013.
