In accordance with Article 25(1)and Article 27 of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided not to raise any objections to the submission of European External Action Service concerning transfer of appropriations 3/2013.

21. Forwarding of texts adopted during the sitting

Pursuant to Rule 179(2), the minutes of that day's sitting would be submitted to Parliament for its approval at the beginning of the next sitting.
