6. Amendment to the agenda

The following spoke: Dimitrios Kourkoulas (President-in-Office of the Council), Maroš Šefčovič (Vice-President of the Commission) and Michael Theurer (Chair of the CONT Committee), to present a statement by the three institutions on a separate discharge for the public-private partnership bodies referred to in Article 209 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council (for the text of the statement, see Verbatim Report of Proceedings of the debates of 15 January 2014).

Following the statements by the Council and Commission, Michael Theurer asked, on behalf of the CONT Committee, for the vote on the motion for a resolution pursuant to Rule 87a(3) of the Rules of Procedure on Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No .../... of 30 September 2013 on the model financial regulation for public-private partnership bodies referred to in Article 209 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council [2013/2863(DEA)] (B7-0002/2014) to be withdrawn from the agenda for Thursday, 16 January 2014.

Parliament agreed to the request.
