3. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 23 of BEREC's financial regulation, the BEREC Bureau in Riga had informed the budgetary authority of all transfers of appropriations made pursuant to Article 23(2) in 2013.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had informed the budgetary authority that European Commission transfers of appropriations DEC 42/2013, DEC 44/2013 and DEC 46/2013 had been approved and that transfer of appropriations DEC 43/2013 had been refused.

In accordance with Article 27(4) of the Financial Regulation, the Council of the European Union had informed the budgetary authority that Committee of the Regions transfers of appropriations DEC 1/2013 and INF 10/2013 had been refused and that transfer of appropriations INF/9/2013 had been approved.
