5. Corrigendum (Rule 216)

The ECON Committee had submitted the following corrigendum to a text adopted by Parliament:

Corrigendum P7_TA(2010)0336(COR02) to Directive 2010/78/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 amending Directives 98/26/EC, 2002/87/EC, 2003/6/EC, 2003/41/EC, 2003/71/EC, 2004/39/EC, 2004/109/EC, 2005/60/EC, 2006/48/EC, 2006/49/EC, and 2009/65/EC in respect of the powers of the European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority), the European Supervisory Authority (European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority) and the European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority) (OJ L 331, 15.12.2010, p. 120)

(position of the European Parliament adopted at first reading on 22 September 2010 with a view to the adoption of the above directive P7_TA(2010)0336) (OJ C 50 E, 21.2.2010, p. 212) (COM(2009)0576 – C7-0251/2009 – 2009/0161(COD)).

Pursuant to Rule 216(4), this corrigendum would be deemed approved unless, within 24 hours, a request was made by a political group or at least 40 Members that it be put to the vote.
