The next item was the order of business.

The final draft agenda for the February 2014 I sitting (PE 527.823/PDOJ) had been distributed and a number of changes had been proposed (Rule 140):

Thursday

Following consultations with the political groups, the President proposed the following changes to the agenda for Thursday morning:

The sitting would begin at 8.30 instead of 9.00.

8.30 – 11.00:

- Question for oral answer (O-000029/2014): Towards the elimination of female genital mutilation (2014/2511(RSP)) (B7-0106/2014)

- Question for oral answer (O-000016/2014): NAIADES II - an action programme to support inland waterway transport (2013/3002(RSP)) (B7-0104/2014)

11.00 – 11.50:

Debate on uniform rules and procedure for the resolution of credit institutions and certain investment firms in the framework of a Single Resolution Mechanism and a Single Bank Resolution Fund, with one round of political group speakers.

The changes to the agenda for Thursday morning were approved.
