Statement by the Vice-President of the Commission and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy: Situation in Venezuela (2014/2600(RSP))

Algirdas Šemeta (Member of the Commission) made the statement on behalf of Catherine Ashton (Vice-President of the Commission/High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy).
