3. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 50(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets has examined the submission of the Committee of the Regions concerning the modification in its establishment plan and has decided not to raise any objections.

In accordance with Article 13(1 and 2) of the Financial Regulation, the European Commission has informed the budgetary authority about the carryover of differentiated and non-differentiated appropriations from 2013 to 2014.
