9. Texts of agreements forwarded by the Council

The Council had forwarded certified true copies of the following:

- Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Turkey on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation;

- Agreement between the European Union and the French Republic concerning the application to the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy of Union legislation on the taxation of savings and administrative cooperation in the field of taxation.
