5. Delegated acts (Rule 87a(6))

Pursuant to Rule 87a(6), the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs had informed the President of Parliament that no objections had been raised in respect of:

- a recommendation by the EMPL Committee to raise no objections to Commission delegated regulation supplementing Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 of 11 March 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (C(2014)1627 – 2014/2676(DEA))

Recommendation B7-0273/2014 was available on the Séance en direct website.

If there were no objections to this recommendation by a political group or at least 40 Members within 24 hours, it would be deemed to have been approved. If there were such objections it would be put to the vote.
