3. Verification of credentials

As proposed by its JURI Committee, Parliament decided to confirm the validity of the mandates of Giovanni Barbagallo with effect from 11 March 2014 and Annette Koewius with effect from 12 March 2014.

4. Request for the defence of parliamentary immunity

Brice Hortefeux requested defence of his immunity and privileges in connection with a judicial inquiry that had opened in Paris.

In accordance with Rule 7(1), this request was referred to the JURI Committee as the committee responsible.

5. Delegated acts (Rule 87a(6))

Pursuant to Rule 87a(6), the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs had informed the President of Parliament that no objections had been raised in respect of:

- a recommendation by the EMPL Committee to raise no objections to Commission delegated regulation supplementing Regulation (EU) No 223/2014 of 11 March 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (C(2014)1627 – 2014/2676(DEA))

12. Transfers of appropriations

In accordance with Article 25 of the Financial Regulation, the Court of Auditors had informed the budgetary authority of transfer of appropriations V/AB-02/T/14.

In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had decided it had no objections to the proposal put forward by the Court of Auditors regarding the transfer of appropriations V/AB-01/A/2014.

In accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Regulation, the Committee on Budgets had approved the Commission's proposal for the transfer of appropriations DEC 02/2014 (N7-0050/2014 - C7-0035/2014 – 2014/2019(GBD)).

In accordance with Article 50 of the Financial Regulation, the European External Action Service had informed the budgetary authority of the change to its establishment plan for 2014.

In accordance with Article 203(5) of the Financial Regulation, the Court of Auditors had informed the budgetary authority about authorisation to use the remainder of the budget earmarked for the K3 building to finance the technical modernisation of the K2 building.
