6. Corrigenda (Rule 216)

The corrigenda P6_TA(2009)0275(COR01), P7_TA-PROV(2013)0461(COR01), P7_TA-PROV(2013)0342(COR01) and P7_TA-PROV(2014)0057(COR01) had been announced in plenary on Wednesday, 2 April 2014 (minutes of 2.4.2014, item 6).

As there had been no request for a vote by a political group or at least 40 Members (Rule 216(4)), these corrigenda were deemed to have been approved.

- Corrigendum (P7_TA-PROV(2014)0024(COR01)) to Directive 2014/23/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the award of concession contracts (OJ L 94, 28.3.2014, p. 1) (position of the European Parliament adopted at first reading on 15 January 2014 with a view to the adoption of the above Directive (P7_TA-PROV(2014)0024)) (COM(2011)0897 – C7-0004/2012 – 2011/0437(COD)).

The corrigenda would be available on the Séance en direct website during the current part-session.

Pursuant to Rule 216(4), these corrigenda would be deemed approved unless, within 24 hours, a request was made by a political group or at least 40 Members that they be put to the vote.
